"La Playa" is an affordable and comfortable favorite with many updated features! It’s all on one level and has spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps eight comfortably. All of this and it’s only 150 yards to the beach. ------- A great gathering place for family and friends ------- The bedrooms surround the living area. There is a queen-sized bed bedroom on either side of the living room. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and there is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. The large sundeck at the front of the house looks down on a quiet street and has a view of the Topsail Sound. The beach is only a short distance away (approximately 150 yards to the water) and there is a beach access close by! Come back from the beach in the evenings and enjoy reading, watching TV or playing games with the family. Or you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, parks and the pier within a two or three mile radius. Pets are allowed (on a case by case basis) for an additional $75.00 fee.
